We held our second London HL BaSE Catalyst workshop of the year, covering universal legal issues including IP and brand protection, corporate structuring, general legal considerations when going into an investment round, and so much more.
"The HL BaSE Catalyst workshop was an impactful and practical afternoon, we came away with clear steps and takeaways for protecting our IP and brand at Bold Voices. It was an open and supportive space and an additional joy was the celebration for the work the charities and social impact organisations are doing. I couldn't recommend it enough to other social enterprises looking for legal support."
Natasha Eeles, Founder & CEO, Bold Voices

“The support we received from Hogan Lovells has been invaluable. Their pro bono support helped us clarify our legal responsibilities and strengthen our governance as we scale our impact. They were not just technically brilliant, but deeply thoughtful about our mission and structure. We’re incredibly grateful.”
