Earlier this week our European colleagues convened in Rome for an inspiring session hosted by David Burton OBE and the British Embassy Rome in collaboration with our long-standing client Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDIH). It was a powerful afternoon of insight, with contributions from UK Minister for Disability Sir Stephen Timms, representatives from GDIH, and panelists working across parasport, policy, broadcasting, and disability advocacy.

Building on that moment, we gathered this morning at our London offices with GDIH and partners from Loughborough University for a “Para Sport Against Stigma” dialogue, focusing on practical pathways to disability inclusion, knowledge sharing, and the role of assistive technology.

At Hogan Lovells, we are committed to ensuring equal access and opportunity for people with disabilities, championing accessibility and representation. This is reflected in our ongoing collaboration with the International Paralympic Committee and other partners to advance policy change, and deliver lasting impact.
