Our latest publication in our Earth Fixers series, produced in partnership with Pioneers Post, highlights the inspiring startups, investors and supporters who are reshaping the future of fashion with biomaterials.

This feature explores how innovators are creating sustainable alternatives to traditional textiles, using materials ranging from algae to agricultural byproducts. Take our client, Planet of the Grapes, a France-based organisation working to transform organic grape waste from the Provence region into high-quality biomaterials for fashion and design.

We provided pro bono legal advice to Planet of the Grapes as part of our HL BaSE Training programme last year.

“We are seeing more and more startups working on biomaterials – it gives you a new appreciation for the resources we already have and how we can use them in new ways.”
