Evolve is a multi-award-winning Social Enterprise that enables all children to achieve their potential by improving their physical, emotional and cognitive health and wellbeing. We believe that it is possible for all children to make a positive start to life through an education system that addresses the holistic needs of their pupils, removing limiting factors derived from poverty, adversity and toxic stress that may hinder their ability to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives in the future.
We do this by placing our uniquely trained Health Mentors into Primary and Secondary schools throughout the UK. In more recent years we have begun working with Local Authorities, Children in Care, Local Police Forces and NHS Trusts to provide early preventative interventions that have a benefit across multiple stakeholders.
