So.De - Social Delivery, born and tested thanks to the civic crowdfunding of the city of Milan and established as a social enterprise, provides an ethical delivery model: a home delivery system by bike and cargo bike which guarantees couriers a fair contract, adequate training and all the necessary equipment. It minimizes the impact of deliveries on the environment and it also aims to enhance local shops and to promote food recovery from supermarkets and school canteens and solidarity deliveries. Starting from a B2B business model, with So.De we aim to replicate our model in other cities.
Business model structured into two phases:
A first phase of testing and consolidating our cycle logistics service in Milan;
A second phase of developing So.De in other cities through the So.De KIT.
The goal is to replicate our ethical delivery model by empowering organizations and administrations in other cities through a kit consisting of:
- use of our proprietary technology platform (such as customer management and logistics optimization software),
- strategic support on key issues (legal/labor law, administrative matters, ethical standards, communication, and customer base development).
