Greater Change unlocks pathways out of homelessness every day - providing not only financial support, but a genuine opportunity for a fresh start.

We partner with frontline homelessness organisations to deliver personalised cash grants and tailored support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Rather than duplicating existing services, we enable flexible, dignified funding solutions based on each person’s circumstances, offering rapid intervention when barriers to stable housing arise. 

Our model is proven and cost-effective. For every £1,397 invested - our average individual grant - we generate over £41,000 in public cost savings. To date, we have supported more than 1,700 people, with 85% securing stable housing and nearly half moving into employment.

With a focus on transparency, data-driven impact, and strong partnerships, Greater Change represents an innovative, scalable approach to tackling homelessness. Our ambition is to support more than 4,000 people in the next two years and over 130,000 within a decade.
