Our mission is to create social impact on a global level by providing people with disabilities with access to the professional healthcare sector, proving that people with disabilities are valuable resources that can unfold their talent if the adequate training and organisational environment is provided and improving early detection of breast cancer and including women with little health literacy. By using evidence-based diagnostic methodology, during a 30-45 minute examination patients experience a standardized examination process. This creates Job opportunities for persons with visual impairment in the health sector and a shift of perspective takes place whereby disability becomes a talent because of the enhanced tactile awareness of visually impaired women.
