Hatch Films CIC is an established community impact film production company. A NatWest Top 100 Leading Social Enterprise and one of the only not-for-profit production companies in the U.K. We provide training, work experience, networking and employment opportunities for underrepresented talent who may face barriers to working in the industry with a focus on those from the Global Majority, LGBTQ+ and low socioeconomic backgrounds.
