BUSINESS SERVICES SUPPORT SUMMARY
1. MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Our M&BD team is able to offer guidance and help to work through issues relating to: events; web and social media; press; client relationship management; pitching; design and branding; business analytics and planning and budgeting.
In your application please also consider whether you require assistance in the creation of new materials, review of existing materials or with key messaging.
2. PEOPLE TEAM
Our people team can offer guidance and help to work through issues relating to: interview skills, reviewing CVs, recruitment best practice, learning and development (ie training related to personal impact, networking skills, persuading and influencing and presentation skills), career advice and employee engagement initiatives.
3. LITIGATION SUPPORT TEAM
Our Litigation Support team works closely with our litigation (legal) teams internally. They are able to take large chunks of data (such as feedback surveys) and analyse the content to present in a format that is easier to understand and use. They can help with monitoring or measuring your impact and how best to use this data.
4. ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS TEAM
The Enterprise Applications team work within our Technology department and principally work with tools relating to documents and their content. This means we have a very high level of expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and other productivity software. However, we also have broad troubleshooting and problem solving skills that we bring to the business to help people get things done using a wide range of technologies. We also have expertise in and can offer assistance in diverse areas such as data analysis, photo/image manipulation and audio and video editing.
